“Great food tour in Newport.”
“Morgan was a great guide and made the tour a lot of fun. We visited seven restaurants in a little over three hours. A fantastic sampling of food and drinks with plenty of time to enjoy. Portions were generous at most. I was full at the end of the tour. As we walked around Morgan pointed out a number of historical landmarks. I am embarrassed to say that I had never seen any of them given all of the times I had been to Newport! So I found those landmarks interesting. I can’t wait to go back to a number of the restaurants. It was a perfect day! Highly recommend if you are looking for something different to do. And, if Morgan is tour guide, ask her to sing. She has a gorgeous voice. ”

“Great fun!”
“I was in town for a conference and looking for some things to do during the down time. We were so glad we decided to go on the food tour. Sara, our guide, did a fabulous job and was so personal and informative. A friend and I went and we both really enjoyed it. It was a wet and cold rainy overcast day but that didn’t stop us from having fun and feeling cozy and happy when we got to the destinations. The varieties of choices were good and all of the food offered was tasty. Sara really helped make the tour outstanding by filling in with interesting facts and history of the area. Great job!!!”

“We learned new things about food and Providence”
“This was our first experience on a walking food tour, and it was a blast. Jenny and Diandra were everything you’d want in a guide: funny, pithy, engaging and informed. A nice surprise was learning a bit of Providence lore we didn’t know before. The tour itself took in a nice mix of eateries, including some of the best of the city’s pub fare, and our guides helpfully let us know about forthcoming food festivals and other downtown happenings they thought would interest us. It was a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon, and we spied out a couple of places we’ll definitely visit on our own. Providence is perfect for this kind of tour — it’s small and compact enough to be walkable, and it’s got an amazing food and arts scene. We highly recommend this tour!
